Helps with energy and stamina
Shilajit seems to work and give me energy and seem to improve my stamina. I bought the carmel flavor it tastes pretty good only complaint I have is a few of the packets the honey had started to break down and was somewhat gritty and im only halfway thru my packs. Would be nice to be compensated for those packs.
